What are the major features for the BodyFit?
BodyFit offers 40+ biomarkers, including:
- Body composition — Segmental fat and muscle mass across 6 body zones (arms, legs, torso, abdomen)
- Cardiovascular health — Standing heart rate, Vascular Age, Pulse Wave Velocity
- Nerve health — Nerve Response Score across hands and feet
- Metabolic health — Visceral Fat Index, Metabolic Age, Glucose Resilience*, Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)

How does BodyFit compare to Body Scan?
- Number of biomarkers available: Both have 40+ biomarkers.
- Difference in bioimpedance technology: BodyFit uses 13 frequencies up to 800 kHz, giving more precise readings. Body Scan uses only 3 frequencies up to 250 kHz.
- New and improved handle: Both scales have retractable handles that work virtually the same.
- ECG and AFib detection: Only Body Scan includes the full 6-lead ECG and AFib Detection (a regulated medical feature, live in EU and US).
- Nerve health features: BodyFit offers a broader wellness-tier Nerve Response Score
Withings+ subscription perks: Only BodyFit has access to the new Health Tab (which requires a Withings+ subscription) and the new Body Intelligence and Lifestyle Intelligence* sections.
New metabolic features: Only BodyFit has access to the new BodyPath and Body Profile features which are under the Body Intelligence section of the Health Tab.

How does BodyFit compare to the newly released Body Scan 2?
While both BodyScan 2 and BodyFit have similarities, there are several crucial differences:
New and improved handle: Both scales have retractable handles which which to take 6-zone segmental body composition measurements, but BodyScan 2's handle also includes touch-sensor electrodes and a 3.5" colour LCD built-in display. It also has a 2 thumb buttons on the handle for in-scan surveys and quick measurement control.
Number of biomarkers available: BodyScan 2 measures 60+ biomarkers, compared to 40+ on BodyFit.
ECG and AFib detection: Only BodyScan 2 has ECG and AFib detection features.
SpO2 feature: SpO2 is exclusive to BodyScan 2.
Cardiovascular features: Both scales share Standing Heart Rate, Pulse Wave Velocity, and Vascular Age. BodyScan 2 additionally measures Hypertension Notifications (EU, medical score), Blood Pressure Insights (US, wellness score), Heart Age, Cardio Responsiveness, and Cardio Efficiency.
Health Tab features: Both scales have access to the new Health Tab (which requires a Withings+ subscription), but only the BodyScan 2 contains all 3 'Intelligence' features - Longevity Intelligence, Body Intelligence, and Lifestyle Intelligence.* BodyFit does not support Longevity Intelligence.
New metabolic features: Both scales have access to the new BodyPath and Body Profile features which are under the Body Intelligence section of the Health Tab.
Withings+ subscription perks: Only BodyScan 2 includes Cardiologist review, Heart Age, and Glucose Resilience Score.*
Upgraded user experience: BodyScan 2 offers the new Longevity Scan, an in-depth and longer weekly measurement to provide you with a full scan of all 60+ biomarkers, as well as a Daily Scan, which allows you to take shorter measurements tailored to the metrics that you choose in the app. Learn more here.

Are there any promotions, discounts, or trade-in offers available?
There are currently no promotions, discounts, or trade-in offers available for BodyFit. We don't have a program to take back your previous scale in exchange for a discount, and there is no upgrade offer for existing Withings customers moving from another scale to BodyFit.
If you'd like to responsibly dispose of your current scale, we recommend checking the e-waste recycling options available in your area.
