To take successful body composition measurements, please follow these recommended practices:
Stand barefoot on the scale (no socks).
Humidify your feet if you tend to have dry and/or callused feet. Excessive dryness and/or calluses on your feet can lead to unsuccessful body composition measurements.
Ensure the scale is not next to any other electronic devices, wall socket, towel electrical dryer or floor heatings systems as these can cause interference. If so, make the 3 measurements in another room, free from electronic equipment.
Make sure the scale has no visible scratches on the surface, as these may impact measurement.
Do not speak or move at all during the measurement.
