If you are a Withings+ member, you now benefit from Withings Protect+, a premium warranty coverage included with your active paid membership.
What does Withings+ Protect Cover?
- Any Withings device connected to your account that still under its 2-year warranty as of May 5th, 2026.
- Any new device you add to your Withings App
- Priority handling and faster processing of warranty claims.
- Advanced replacement shipment to minimize downtime.
- Direct support from Withings, even for products purchased through authorized retailers.
How is Withings+ Protect activated?
- To activate Withings+ Protect, you must purchase a new Withings product and install it to your Withings app within 60 days of purchase.
- Coverage applies to eligible Withings products associated with your account, as long as your paid Withings+ membership remains active*.
- Your new device must be installed within 60 days of its first installation date to activate coverage.
- Coverage also applies to other eligible devices already on your account.
- If your subscription lapses with Withings+ Protect active, it will automatically reactivate when you resubscribe.
*Withings Protect+ is available only while you hold an active, paid Withings+ Membership. If your membership is cancelled or expires, Withings Protect+ coverage will end at the same time. Complimentary or promotional memberships do not qualify. Withings Protect+ applies in addition to your statutory warranty rights, which remain unaffected. Coverage is limited to defects in materials and workmanship — accidental damage, loss, theft, cosmetic wear and normal battery depletion are not covered.
