The Readiness Indicator is a holistic, 24/7 health companion designed to provide users with a clear, real-time understanding of their body's daily state and actionable guidance, called the Readiness Breakdown.
The Readiness Breakdown is generated by synthesizing data from sleep (Recovery), daily movement (Effort), and key physiological Night Vitals (including sleep temperature, spO2, and Respiratory Rate when applicable).
Important: Readiness cannot be computed without Recovery and Effort data. While Night Vitals data plays a role in understanding your overall daily Readiness, you can still receive a Readiness Breakdown without this particular set of data.
Understanding Readiness Status
(1) This represents the last 7 days of Readiness Statuses, showing at a glance the status for each day with a filled-in circle.
(2) This is where your Readiness streak is displayed. Try to keep it in the green!
(3) Your Readiness Status as a beautiful and dynamic pictogram. Green is high or balanced, while red is low. Click here if you do not have a Readiness Status for the day.
(4) A descriptor of your current Readiness Breakdown. Tap the "i" to learn more about the different statuses.
(5) Your Recovery status, representing sleep data for the previous night. Click here if you don't have any Recovery data for the day.
(6) Your Effort status, representing steps and activity data for the day. Click here if you don't have any Effort data for the day.
(7) Your Night Vitals status, representing sleep temperature, bloody oxygen (spO2), and Respiratory Rate (where applicable). Click here if you don't have any Night Vitals data for the day.
