Our menstrual cycle tracking feature contains a lot of data and various ways of interacting with it.
Below you can gain a better understanding of the interface of the Daily and Monthly cycle tracking views.
Understanding your Daily Cycle Tracking view
You can access any day of your cycle via the Home tab. Once you tap on the Cycle Tracking card, you will be presented with the following screen:

(1) Your cycle's variability.
(2) The cycle tracking mode you chose during the activation onboarding process.
(3) A visual breakdown of the days of your cycle.
| A filled-in red circle indicates that you had a period on that day. | |
| An empty red circle indicates a predicted period for that day for users with regular cycles. | |
| An empty red dotted circle indicates a predicted period for that timeframe for users with irregular cycles. | |
A filled-in purple circle indicates the ovulation confirmation for that day.* |

| An empty purple circle indicates the predicted ovulation window for that day.* | |
| A black dot on any day indicates that Cycle Logs have been added for that day. |

(4) Your Cycle Logs for the day.
To view and/or add Cycle Logs, tap on either the "+" icon or any of the existing Cycle Logs to open the Cycle Log menu.
(5) A helpful and succinct breakdown of your current phase and what to expect.
(6) Your upcoming Cycle Predictions, calculated based on the onboarding information that you provided when activating Cycle Tracking. These will re-calculate if you adjust your period data by removing or adding period data. Please allow a moment for this data to refresh when changes are made.
(7) Tap this to add period data. The option to add period data is also at the top right corner of the screen.
Understanding your Monthly Cycle Tracking view
By tapping on 'Month' in the Cycle Tracking screen, you can view your cycle in a calendar/monthly format. You can navigate through months by tapping either the left or right arrows next to the current month displayed. You can also add period data by tapping on the icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
