ScanWatch Vitals can track many different activities, also known as Workouts.
The following activities can be manually launched from your watch or from within the Withings app:

Activities/Workouts that can be automatically detected
ScanWatch Vitals has the capability to automatically detect certain activities.
Your ScanWatch Vitals can automatically detect the following activities:
- Walking
- Running
- Cycling
- Tennis
- Table Tennis
- Squash
- Badminton
- Weights
- Basketball
- Soccer
- Volleyball
- Dance
- Boxing
Important: Apart from walking and running, these automatically detected activities will first need to be manually launched so that the watch algorithm can learn them. The watch should begin to automatically detect these learned activites/Workouts after a few times and the correct activity/Workout should appear in the app.
