After a full charge, the battery of your U-Scan will last for the full duration of your Cartridge's lifespan or up to 3 months. As with any product with a battery, the battery life will be reduced the more the product is used. 

The following scenarios can lead to increased battery usage:

• A particularly high number of urinalysis measurement launches, both successful ones and ones that lead to measurement timeouts or failures
• A high number of device resets or updates
• Wi-Fi connectivity issues

You can expect your battery life to last around 1 month if you take daily measurements or encounter the issues above on a daily basis. However, it is possible in rare cases that due to a hardware issue the battery of your device may last less than 1 month, even without the aforementioned scenarios. In this case, please contact our Support for more help.

Note: Please expect improved battery performance with subsequent firmware updates.
