1. Place the watch on the charger for 1 minute.
2. While the watch is on the charger, press and hold the button for 20 seconds to reboot it. Be sure not to remove the watch from the charger while doing this.
3. Wait 30 seconds and check if the screen lights up.

If the screen doesn't light up, perform the following steps:

1. Do not charge the watch for at least 24 hours.
2. Place the watch on the charger again, wait for 30 seconds and check if the screen lights up.

If the screen still doesn't light up, perform the following steps:

1. Charge the watch for 12 hours.
2. While the watch is on the charger, press and hold the button for 20 seconds to reboot it. Be sure not to remove the watch from the charger while doing this.
3. Once again, wait 30 seconds and check if the screen lights up.
