You can cancel your Cartridge subscription at any time, and will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period.
To cancel your active subscription, follow these steps:
- Tap your Profile icon in the upper left corner of the Home screen.
- Tap the Settings icon in the upper right corner.
- Tap Manage Subscription.
- Tap your active subscription from the list. This will bring up the details of your current subscription.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Cancel my subscription.
- The next screen will confirm the cancellation. Tap Cancel my subscription to confirm.
Important notes:
- Payments are non-refundable and Withings does not provide partial refunds or credits for any unused portions of your Cartridge or services.
- You won’t be charged if you unsubscribe before the end of your trial period.
- Be sure that you are using the same method to cancel your account as you used to sign up for it. Therefore, if you signed up through your phone, you must cancel through your phone.
