Your analysis doesn't appear in the Withings App
Sometimes, data synchronization between the Withings App and StethO Sense AI can be disrupted, resulting in your analysis not returning a result.
While StethO Sense usually returns results in seconds, make sure that:
- You wait 24 hours after you have started the analysis. There can sometimes be a general delay in the data synchronization.
You only receive "insufficient quality" result or "Low/Medium" confidence score
If you are only receiving "Insufficient Quality for Analysis" or a persistently "Low" or "Medium" confidence score, this is typically caused by poor placement or unsteady holding of the BeamO during a recording. We recommend the following guidelines before taking a measurement:
- Ensure you are seated in a calm and relaxed position with your feet flat on the floor.
- If you are taking a measurement on someone else, you should both be quiet and keep still.
- When taking a heart recording, hold your breath to ensure your recording is as clear as possible.
- Do not move your fingers on the device during the recording, this can cause friction noises in the recording.
- Ensure you are at least 1.5 feet from any power outlets or large electronic devices (such as computers, tvs, etc).
- Ensure the area you are in is quiet and you cannot hear any ambient noise.
- If you take recordings after waking up or working out, wait at least 10 minutes before taking your measurement.
- Use headphones, plugged in the provided USB-C to headphone jack adapter, to listen to the recording live and ensure optimal audio quality.
- Direct skin contact will ensure the most accurate recordings.
- Ensure you don’t move your hand or body during the 15 second measurement.
- Ensure that the stethoscope is in contact with your body during the measurement and that it is perfectly still on your skin.
Note: When comparing It also helps to take measurements using the same positions and same order every time.
