Body Scan scale doesn't work with Withings API - missing data

Withings Scan Scale released in early December 2022.  Problem and complete B/S from the 1-800 number, and they lie like they had no idea what was happening and ask for all kinds of information.  Maybe if we all returned the scan scales for a full refund, France would get the message.   The API is not rocket science.   All of the scale data show up on my iPhone.  Someone in France forgot to update the data display on the web and completely rewrite the 'Measurement Details to include all of the original information the way it was, plus all of the new scan information as it is displayed on the scan scale, along with updating the graphs.  This is my 4th scale from Withings, with 12 years' worth of continuous data until my scale arrived on January 9, 2023.  This a really big disappointment!!

Dissatisfied and disappointed. I now have my third Body Scan scale. The “reset” button on the first two broke. Now I’m trying to get this third one to work. We are two users, me and my wife, who I invited as a user via a link. She doesn’t get any data from the scale to her Health Mate. This morning I stepped on the scale and my wife’s name appeared on the screen. But no numbers appear on her Health Mate. I’ve already reconnected the scale / my iPhone / Wi:Fi a few times. Still, when I step on the scale, my wife’s name appears on the screen. I don’t understand what to do anymore. Another question; is the scale supposed to connect to the phone via Bluetooth as well? At least it doesn’t!

I have the same Problem for 2 years. When will the fix come?

I live in the UK and just bought a Body Scan. In the setup instructions on the app, when I try to add a scale, many different scales are offered (Smart, Segment, Comp, Cardio, Body+, Body, Smart Body Analyzer, Wireless Scale, Body Pro) but NOT Body Scan. What is going on? Am I using the wrong app?
