    It is interesting why is necessary that vibrates in the first place.

    Maybe once to let you know you are on and misplace if so….

    It will be great to turn it off or at least have a soother one

    Horrible customer support.  I have 3 body scan scales--2 of which work perfectly fine. My 3rd body scan scale has been inoperable since I removed it from the original packaging 2 weeks ago.  I submitted a customer support request immediately.  It does not provide any measurements except weight.  First my request went to customer support...then it was elevated to a Level II technician... now it is elevated to a Level III technician...who is on vacation (per customer support) so I will have to wait until her return until my request fits into her priorities.  Unknown estimated time to review. Apparently this is the only Level III technician who can look at this issue. My husband and son are both software engineers and I had them evaluate the problem before I submitted a request.  It doesn't take a rocket engineer to figure out I have a defective scale.  I use the scale every day at our other homes and I have been unable to use this one. I am willing to purchase another and then be refunded the cost of the defective scale but apparently this is not an option.  I purchased the scale in Jan/Feb 2024, but did not open it until May 2024 because I was traveling.  I will stick to Amazon...and other product manufacturers in the future.  It is absolutely ridiculous that this issue has not yet been resolved.  I've read posts about poor customer support from Withings and now I know it to be true.

    When my scales battery was under 9 % it was not vibrating - so I thought that at last they have solved the problem. It should not be so complicated to fix the problem with the following update ?

    The possibility to disable vibration of your Body Scan is on the roadmap of future updates, I cannot yet provide you with a date, but I will inform you, as soon as I have more information concerning this feature.

    Same here, love the product but vibration is very annoying. My wife is pushing for me to sell the product because of that. Can't understand why this feature could not be prioritized higher within the roadmap knowing the popularity of the upvote here. I'm pretty sure it's preventing people from buying the product or in my case getting rid of the product, all that for something that should not be so complicated to update. Hope this will be fixed soon.

    Need to disable this vibration. Seriously... They even state it is best to do the weigh ins at approximately the same time and approximately the same body state....well yay just don't do it when you wake up or in the evening because you will wake your entire house....just insane.

    Thank you for this feature.
    Now we can weigh ourselves again at around 05:15 in the morning without disturbing the neighbours, who were really annoyed by this and so we changed the weighing routine. Back to old habits. :-)

    The article points to simply disabling the option, and a popup message appears stating that "the modification will be effective after the next synchronization".

     

    After several attempts, including synchronization and even checking for an update, the vibration mode remains active even though it has been turned off in the app (v7.1.0).
