I am also having this problem with my Withing sleep. I have already been in contact with support once and did the steps in your link above. It worked once to “catch up” then stopped working again.
It’s worth nothing I have withings scales, thermo and bpm. This data all syncs fine. Just not the sleep data!
We can be expected to go through all those steps (which don’t work anyways) everyday just to get our data across!

Hello, I have the same problem since May 23. Data from my Smart Body Analyser synchs well.
I tried to switch off and switch on the synchronisation with Apple Heath, Nothing changed. I assume this is a bug

Same problem here. Data is visible within the Withings app, but no longer syncs to Apple Health.
I contacted Support a few weeks ago and followed their advice to disconnect and delete the Withings app, then reinstalling/reconnecting it to Apple Health. It deleted all my previous sleep data in Apple Health, synced one day of new data and has not synced any more data since then. Quite annoying.

Same issue... I have followed the instruction provided by the support, but doesn't fix the problem...
We should have a way to force this sync !!!

For me, some of the nights were not syncronized.
I found a way to overcome the problem.
just edit the night (one minute more or less) , then save and it then sync the night with the health app

I’ve been using a sleep tracking app for many years. All the data is in Apple Health. Withings refuses to show or use this data for me.. so a question comes to mind: does this only work with their gadgets or if Withings+ is subscribed to?

I have the same problem. This product is a total waste of money. Does anyone know how to talk with human customer service person?

I can’t get it to sync July. It has synced the June and August data, but not the month in between to Apple Health. I can see that the data is in the Withings app, so why won’t it sync it to Apple?
