    1. Connection Issues: We understand how frustrating it can be to frequently reconfigure your Wi-Fi. If you're yet to do so, you can check out this link that can help you with the situation you're experiencing.

    2. Data Synchronization: Delayed data updates are not acceptable. We are working on optimizing the sync process to ensure data is updated in real time as expected. In the meantime, I encourage you to check your  Online Dashboard at https://bit.ly/3gbeQF0 to verify if your data is up to date. If everything is current, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. 

    3. Bluetooth Integration: While you can set up the scale via Bluetooth, your suggestion to use Bluetooth as a backup for Wi-Fi disconnections is insightful. 

    4. Application Interface: We acknowledge your feedback regarding the application's interface. Your suggestions for a more streamlined, customizable, and user-friendly dashboard are valuable, and we will take them into account for future improvements.

    5. User Experience: We are committed to providing a seamless and fluid user experience. Your feedback highlights areas where we can improve, and we will strive to meet the high standards you expect from our products.
