I know what you mean, I've recently purchased an omron device. My BPM core would consistently tell me I was hypertensive, since it malfunctioned and I could not fix I've got a new device and so far my blood pressure is consistently normal if not optimal.
It's such a shame because I have loved these products for years but I've found the accuracy has been poor and the customer service has not been great when you raise issues.. (if you can get through to a person)
