I have had exactly the same issue! Have only had the watch for around eight months and have had to contact customer services at least eight times. Customer services just share standard fixes and do not specifically address my queries.
Have they responded to you and was your query resolved?

Since March 2019 when I first time contacted you about the problem with the Aura product I wasn't able to get it to work. I contacted them on 26 august 2020 Support Service again than it was gup in communication I was waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and then today your customer service representative informed me that the case is closed without informing me

I have been in communications with your support team for almost a year trying to get my faulty Smart Scale replaced or prepared. I have jumped through all the hoops that have been asked to do. The amount of my time and the support staff and over 20 emails has been a complete waste of time and poor customer service. I would like someone to contact me to let me know when the product can be swapped out and postage covered. Ref support request 1644122
I had the same issue that the support call was just closed, hence the complaint.
