Hi, I'm thinking about buying a steel hr sport. I've a question regarding Fitbit integration. On a Amazon site there is information that health mate works with Fitbit. Can you confirm that I'll be able to sync all steps counted by your watch with my Fitbit account?

Normally, you can only import steps from Fitbit to Withings as a one-time import. It's not possible to connect a Withings tracker as a steps source for Fitbit at this time.
It has been possible in the past to import weight measurements from your Withings account automatically into your Fitbit account, but the link is broken at this time. We're looking into it at and hope to have a fix in the near future.
Can you please fix this? I bought a fitbit with the intention of syncing it to by withings scale....it seems like this link has been broken for a while? is it that complicated to fix?

Hi - Like many of your customers as a family we use fitbit trackers and sync the weight from your scale to the devices. It has stopped working and as I have seen from the forum, this is a common issue for many customers.
Is this (fixing the link) REALLY being worked on as a priority or should I buy a new scale that works the way it should. (I obviously want to hear that a resolution is on the way and a timescale, though would prefer not to buy new).
I bought the scale because it synced. If it no longer does, its not meeting my buying criteria and I see this as a Withings issue

Jan 28, 2019 is the last time information was passed from my Withings account to my Fitbit account. In the past this process has worked for years. It was a requirement when I purchased the scale. Do you have a timeline to resolve the issue.

I have a Fitbit Versa and a Withings scale. The account is under my name and has my email address also. The scale is programmed for three users, which it automatically recognizes. However, only my weight is reported to my Fitbit Versa. The other two users' measurements are not reported to their Fitbit Versa.
I suspect that this problem has to do something that the application has only my email address. I was looking for places in your App. where I can enter the other two users' email addresses, but I could not find them.
What should I do to make the reportings work for the other users?
