Thanks, Robin, I also just sent a request to know how to sync my Fitbit Charger 2 to my Nokia Scales. Hope they can fix this.

Hi folks...enjoy this thread from the Fitbit site...I encourage you to read the whole thing.  The "solved" is a misnomer.

I need solution for my WiFi Body Scale integration with my Fitbit Charge 3 and hoping there is collaboration between teams to get this interface exchanging data once again.

Ive been bouncing around the Fitbit forums to try and find a solution which is a been a bust so does anyone here know what this error means "Cannot link Withings profile at this time. Withings server returned the following error: Unknown status code." and is there a way to fix it?  Tried logging out and back in on both apps with no luck.

I have exactly the same issue as described and just wrote to withings getting any advice or better getting it fixed by them. I hope that it is not a ping-pong-match between two competitors.

Hi everyone, glad to see I am not the only one with the issue, the message "Cannot link Withings profile at this time. Withings server returned the following error: Unknown status code." is precisely the error I get.

Fitbit is notorious about marking posts as "solved" without a solution, I ended up with a Withings scale precisely because ther Aria scale was not well designed and the weight sensors broke, I bought a new one and I could not make it connect with my network, no matter what I used to configure it (Mac, PC, Ipad, smartphone), changed the router settings to the ones they recommended and still could not get it to connect. I ended up with a Withings scale that I got going in 5 minutes flat!

I read in the forums from another user that the reason the sync is not happening is because it seems Withings upgraded their API and has trouble connecting, this might be the reason, but we need Withings to chime in. I hope that we do not start with a "not my fault it is your fault" thing, because I would hate to be forced to choose one brand or the other.......

@pablo, if you look at error, it's Fitbit which is failing to fix their SW! 😱 Withings improved their access authentication process at end of November 2018 by switching to stronger protocol, probably for Cybersecurity purposes to protect YOUR data!! 😨😱 Yet Fitbit, which knew of this change *WELL* in advance, has dragged their heels to change their end to match. Maybe because their sales were down due to quality issues with their products!!🤔. So play right into their mousetrap and scurry over to them!
