    I still can't connect my account after removing it.

    Thankfully IFTTT appears to be doing the trick so I'll keep using that.

    Stepped on my Withings Scale and found the weighin not only in the HealthMate App but in my FitBit App. All missing weighins were also populated. I did not disconnect and  reconnect Withings and FitBit. I Did nothing. I did Tweet to @FitBITSupport my dissatisfaction as others had started doing.

    My synching had been out since Tuesday 1/29. I usually weigh morning and night.

    Hmm, looks like Fitbit still needs to fix their Fitbit-Withings wizard. Does Withings have a wizard? I've been unable to find one.

    Also, Fitbit no longer lists Withings as a compatible app. 😥

    Must only work for Withings and fit bit users prior to late January. I am a new user and I get the above error for profile.

    I tweeted to both Fitbit and Withings that the connect wizard is broken. Hopefully Fitbit will fix it soon. Too bad I disconnected before I knew the wizard was broken. In the past, disconnecting and reconnecting sometimes fixed sync errors. 😥

    I still can't get the connection wizard to reconnect without getting the error above.  Unfortunately I disconnected trying to get it all to start working again before realizing there was a bigger issue.

    I had my profile linked to my Fitbit. When earlier this week it stopped syncing, I unlinked my Withings account and when I tried to link again, the following error comes up:

    Cannot link Withings profile at this time. Withings server returned the following error: Unknown status code.

    Can you confirm when the issue will be resolved? I would like to see my weight again on my Fitbit app.

    So 7 days without any response to this issue. I also unlinked (as suggested by Fitbit) and am still waiting for a solution. We are all critical customers and most of us have chosen the Withings scale because of its superiority and the Fitbit platform because it is more versatile - so don't just sit this one out with the hope that people will switch, it is insulting. At least provide an update where the hick-up sits.

    I had hoped that with the Nokia-to-Withings move there would be an increased focus on customer satisfaction, but I guess that is not happening anytime soon.

    Thank goodness! I just managed to link my Fitbit and Withings accounts using the wizard. Fingers crossed it works! :-)

    Only problem is that it seems to be working for those who previously had apps linked AND did not "unlink" them while it was broken.  For those who "unlinked" the apps or are NEW, and never had them linked, it STILL is NOT working.

    These posts claiming success are misleading and draw false conclusions when there still are several posts identifying one step forward and hit another wall.....

    Hi Del,

    Sorry for the confusion, let me provide a few more details.

    An initial fix went into production earlier that allowed existing links between accounts to function again. Then, as of this afternoon, a further fix was launched that allowed the account connection process to work.

    If you run into any issues with linking your Fitbit and Health Mate accounts and you're sure that your credentials are entered correctly, please don't hesitate to contact our support team by email using our contact form here to share the details so we can be sure that the fix is working 100%.

    Yep, can confirm, https://www.fitbit.com/weight/withings# works again now. Well, that only took 2-3 months...and, of course, just after I finally set up ITTTT to do it for me :rageface:

    IT'S WORKING!!!  IT'S WORKING!!!

     

    We have downloaded 907 weight measurements, dating as far back as 10/04/2017

    Nice! You have successfully linked your Withings profile with Fitbit.

    You should be getting updates from Withings the next time you use your scale.

    Well the Fitbit app now has uploaded all the weight measurements from the scale, but at the same time has stopped sending and receiving updates from MFP. Great.

    Clearing browser cache before using the wizard at https://www.fitbit.com/weight/withings# seems to resolve the "unknown status code" error, only to result in this error: "API client is not authorized by the resource owner to access the resource requested. Visit https://dev.fitbit.com/docs/oauth2 for more information on the Fitbit Web API authorization process."

    Hi Jacqui, can we get an official update from Withings on this please? The link was fixed initially 12 days ago but the issue's now back. Can we get an ETA on when this is going to be resolved?
