I have been trying to get my scale working again after a battery change (3 weeks now) my patients has run out. I loved this scale for three years now but I can’t get any info from it anymore, please HELP me!!!

Not only did we not find what we were looking for... we are repulsed by the lack of customer service we have experienced & NO PHONE NUMBER to contact you nor any other means of communication !!!

Cannot get Healthmate to connect to my watch but of course my android bluetooth sees it fine. Anybody want a watch that always has time and steps wrong then this Withings fraudsters is the xompany for you.

I love your products. I have a scale and two watches myself. I bought two more watches as a gift, one to my dad and one to my mother in law. The one to my dad never worked. I am on an email communication back and forth with customer service for more than a year. we have exchanged more than 70 emails. 

It is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a single product. As a result I would never again buy one of your products and every time i get asked where my watch is from as it is so pretty i finish my sentence with "but don't buy it". now my watch also has an issue and I would rather throw it away than go through that pain again.

Please fix your customer service! add a phone line and become more effective. It cannot be that 70 emails later and a year later i still don't have a product that works. I bought that watch for my dad a year and a half ago and he is an elderly man (ecg is what lured me). with your speed of doing things he may never get the chance to even try it

what a shame for a company with great products...get your act together! and get customer service! (you obviously don't have any at the moment)

THIS IS THE INLINE WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OR TECH HELP OF ANY COMPANY. I THINK THINKING MAYBE i WILL JUST KEEP EXCHANGING FOR A VERY SIMPLE TECH HELP ISSUE THAT THEY CANT HELP WITH, SINCE THEY DONT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE....  MAYBE AFTER 15 OF THIER MOST EXPENSIVE ITEMS GETTING RETURNED, THEY MAY RECONCIDER HAVING SOME SORT OF TECH HELP......
