New: Repair service for Steel HR glasses

Dear Community, 

 

Following your feedback, I am happy to tell you that we have recently set up a repair service for Steel HR glasses. Currently, the service is available for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Metropolitan France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden. 

 

If you live in one of these areas and only the glass of your Steel HR needs to be repaired, you can fill this form in order to replace it (the repairs will cost €59.95). 

Note that you will need: 

       • To connect with the Health Mate account linked to your Steel HR. 
       • The serial number of your Steel HR. 
       • To take three pictures of your watch (one showing the watch on the charger with its display turned on, one of the back of the watch turned off, and one of the back of the watch with the LED flashing.).

    Hi,

    If I do not live in one of the above countries, but need glass repair, are there any other options? Is there a suggested solution for US Steel HR owners? I've taken my watch to two local repair shops and both told me they were unable to help and that I need to contact the manufacturer.

    I need to change the glass of my steel HR Sport watch, but when I write the form to return the product, it does not identify my watch. In the apllication I have the watch installed correctly and I log in my withings´accont correctly. ¿How can I solve it?

    @jillkyoung: We currently don’t have a repair service outside the countries mentioned above. You can however contact us at https://within.gs/help so we can see what we can do for you. Moreover, please know that I have forwarded your feedback so the service might be later extended to the US.

    This is the second HR Steel I have purchased, and I am very disappointed to learn that the glass cannot be replaced in the United States

    Could you consider an option where we pay extra shipment to send our watches to one of the service areas? I personally would pay the extra.

    Same issue for Finland, I would need a glass replacement, or a possibility to buy a glass for my Watch. Will gladly pay for it of course.

    Any further updates on this service being extended? I am in the UK with a rapidly growing crack in my Steel HR glass...

    Crazy that we cannot ship Steel HRs to Sweden and get them from there. Please allow this to happen. So many customers would like to get their nice watches repaired. Or replaces with a gorilla glass?
