This issue can occur when you are unable to connect to the Aura device.
In previous software versions of the Aura, to set the alarm your mobile device had to connect to the Aura via Bluetooth first. The Aura no longer requires a Bluetooth connection to set the alarm as it now connects via Wi-Fi.
To fix the issue, please follow the steps below:
- Please go to the Bluetooth settings of your mobile device and locate the Aura which will show up as Aura XX.
- Select the gear or 'i' icon to the right of it and then select the option to 'Forget/Unpair' the Aura.
- Once you have done this, please attempt to set the alarm.
