To reset the Smart Body Analyzer to its factory settings, please follow these steps:

1. Remove one of the batteries for 30 seconds and then reinsert it.
2. Wait for the "√" (checkmark) to appear and then press and hold both buttons on the bottom of the scale simultaneously until you see the word "Factory" appear.
   Note: It may be necessary to hold both buttons for up to 30 seconds before "Factory" is displayed
3. 'Forget/Unpair' the scale from the list of Bluetooth devices of the mobile device.
4. You are now ready to reinstall the scale.

Important:

• Resetting your device will not delete any data already synced in the Withings app.
• Any data that has not been synced before resetting your device will be permanently lost.
