You may have been wondering what the second dial on your watch is for. Does the hand indicate the seconds? The battery level, perhaps? Well, it's time to uncover the mystery:
It helps you track your step goal throughout the day. The pointer indeed displays the percentage of steps you have done and you have left to reach your daily goal.
For example, if your hand points at 50, you are halfway to your goal. If it points at 100, congrats, you've reached it - unless it is 6 am, which probably means that you haven't walked much yet.
If you need to set or update your step goal, please follow these steps:
- Open the Withings App.
-
Tap your Devices in the top right-hand corner of the Home screen.
- Find your watch and scroll down and find "Workout Features".
- Tap Daily Step Goal.
- Tap Daily Step goal again and drag the bubble up or down to set your goal.
- Tap the checkmark in the upper rjght-hand corner to confirm.
