I hear an inflating sound and an LED has lit up on my sensor. What should I do?
This is completely normal. The sleep sensor takes about 10 minutes to configure. During these 10 minutes you may hear a noise indicating that the sensor is inflating and you will see an illuminated LED. This LED switches off to indicate that you can now use the product.
Note: Please do not sit on your bed until the LED has turned off.
The sleep sensor is making inflating noises at random times
When the sleep sensor is first setup, or after a recalibration, the pump will turn on to inflate it. Once inflated, the sleep sensor's pump should not have to regularly re-inflate the sensor. If you hear the sleep sensor making a sound or noise (the pump turning on) at various points throughout the day or night, this may mean that the sensor has a leak.
To determine if your sleep sensor has a leak, please follow these steps:
- Deflate the sensor
- Dissociate the sensor (not the Aura)
- Unplug the sensor for 60 seconds
- Plug it back in, and then recalibrate it
The bedside device is making a buzzing sound or white noise
If this happens, unplug the Aura for 60 seconds and then plug it back in.
