Sometimes, data synchronization between the Withings App and Apple Health can be disrupted, resulting in your data not appearing in Apple Health or vice versa.
In general, make sure that:
- You wait at least 15 minutes after you have added data. There can sometimes be a delay in the data synchronization.
- You check your web dashboard to make sure that the data has been properly synced with the servers.
Your data doesn't appear in Apple Health
If you’re experiencing issues receiving your data in Apple Health, perform the following steps:

Please ensure that Apple Health permissions are correctly set up:
- Open your iPhone Settings.
- Navigate to Apps > Health > Data Access & Devices.
- Select the Withings app and confirm that all desired permissions for reading or writing data are enabled. - Open the Withings app to synchronize your data:
- Open the Withings app in the foreground regularly to maintain the connection.
- In the Withings app, refresh the Home screen by pulling it down. - Restart your phone.
The step count is different between the Apple Watch, Apple Health and Withings App
The Withings App and Apple Health use different algorithms to calculate the number of steps. The number of steps indicated by the Withings App and Apple Health may therefore be different. However, if the steps difference seems too high, please don't hesitate to contact our Support.
Your profile doesn't allow you to link your account to Apple Health
If you don't see the Health slider on your profile, or if it remains disabled after activating it, you may need to restart your mobile device.
