You may have trouble updating the Wi-Fi configuration if you're trying to use the same network you've used before, and if the password for this network has changed. Your Smart Baby Monitor still remembers the old password and won't let you overwrite it. In that case, perform the following steps:
- Dissociate your Smart Baby Monitor and perform a factory reset.
- Reinstall your Smart Baby Monitor.
