We regularly offer updates so that you can benefit from the latest features we add to our products. When new internal software is available, it is automatically installed without any prompt from the Health Mate app (as long as your Thermo is installed via Wi-Fi).

 

You can still check if an update is available and install it manually. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Health Mate app.
  2. Go to Devices.
  3. Select your Thermo.
  4. Select Check for updates.
  5. Press and hold the Thermo button for 6 seconds until the display shows “SETUP”.
  6. Select Next.
  7. Wait for the update to be completed.
  8. Select Done when the upgrade is complete.
