If you experience an issue with your BPM Vision, it may be necessary to perform a factory reset. However, Withings strongly discourages performing a factory reset on your monitor unless specifically instructed to do so by a support agent. This is a permanent action that will erase all data stored on the device and require you to reconfigure it.
If instructed to perform a factory reset, follow these steps:
- Turn on the device by short pressing the On/Off button on the right side.
- Select a user and press OK.
- Use the bottom navigation button to scroll through the menu options until you find and select Settings.
- Press the OK button.
- Select Factory Reset and confirm by selecting YES.
Important Note: Factory resetting the BPM Vision will delete all unsynced data locally stored on the device.
