If you ever take a measurement on your Withings device that is not automatically associated with your Profile, it will appear in the Withings App as an unassigned measurement. You can retrieve any unassigned measurement and assign it to your Profile or another user, or delete it.

If you have any recent unassigned measurements, you may see a notification card on the Home tab that will allow you to access the unassigned measurement list. Follow steps 3-5 below to assign or delete them.

To access unassigned measurements, follow these steps:

1. Open the Withings App.
2. Go to Devices > [Product] > Unassigned Measurements
   
3. In the next screen, you can select a measurement to assign or delete.
   
4. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm. Tap Confirm.
5. The measurement has now been assigned to the correct user.
