To change your daily step goal, perform the following steps:

1. Open the Withings App.
2. Select Profile.
3. Scroll down and tap Daily Steps.
4. Tap and slide the daily step goal up or down to select the goal you want.
5. Tap OK.
6. Sync your ScanWatch by going back to the Home screen and swipe it.
