  1. Health Mateアプリを開きます。
  2. プロフィールを選択します。

  4. 毎日の歩数目標をタップし、上下にスライドさせて目標を設定します。

  5. OKをタップします。
  6. タイムラインに戻りスワイプして、Pulse HRを同期させます。
