Pulse HR－歩数目標の変更

毎日の歩数目標を変更するには、次のステップを行ってください：

  1. Health Mateアプリを開きます。
  2. プロフィールを選択します。

  3. 下にスクロールして毎日の歩数をタップします。

  4. 毎日の歩数目標をタップし、上下にスライドさせて目標を設定します。

  5. OKをタップします。
  6. タイムラインに戻りスワイプして、Pulse HRを同期させます。
