You are now able to get support directly in the Withings App. You can find the support link in the chat icon within the app in the following three places:
In the Devices section at the top-right of the Home tab.
In the Settings gear icon from the Profile section at the top-left of the app.
In the Withings+ subscription section.

We offer live Chat support in English, French, and German. To get help, click here and select the product and topic with which you need assistance. You can also use the chat widget in the lower right of your browser window or use the Contact Us link at the bottom of any support article and select the Chat option.
