This article will help you if you receive any of the following error messages:
- Measurement could not be performed. Please try again.
- Connection error. Quit the application and reconnect your BPM Core.
- Please wait until the cuff is totally deflated before starting a measurement. Stay still during the measurement.
- Check that BPM Core is correctly positioned on your arm and that measurement is performed in good conditions.
- Low battery level.

- Re-fasten the cuff.

Rest 5 minutes before the measurement.

Sit down in a comfortable position, legs uncrossed, feet flat or on the floor, arm and back supported.

Do not speak or move during the measurement.
- Keep the cuff and heart at the same level during the measurement.
