You are able to add period data from:

• The Daily View screen
• The Monthly View screen
• The Add Period button at the top right corner of the Daily View
• The Add Period button located beneath your Cycle Predictions
• Your ScanWatch 2's Cycle Tracking screen

You can also add period data via Cycle Logs. 

How onboarding and cycle information affect period logging

When you enter your period data on a 'blank' day, a predetermined number of days will automatically fill in red. The number of days that are automatically filled in are calculated by your average period length, which was initially provided in the Cycle Tracking onboarding process. Your average period length (and other cycle information data) can be revised at any time by tapping on Cycle information which is located at the very bottom of the Cycle Tracking Daily View screen. 

Adding and editing period data directly from the Daily View

Follow these steps to add and edit period data from the Daily View:

• Tap and hold down on a 'blank' day to add period data to that day and every subsequent day that is your average period length.
• If you need to remove a day of period data, tap and hold down on that day. The day will turn from red to gray.

Note: Each time period data is altered, there will be a slight delay as your data refreshes. 

Adding period data from the Add Period screen 

Clicking on the Add Period icon at the top right of the Daily View or the button right below your Cycle Predictions will show you the following screen:

Follow these steps to add and edit period data from the Add Period screen:

1. Tap once on a 'blank' day to add period data to that day and every subsequent day that is your average period length. 
2. If you need to remove a day of period data, tap once on that day. The day will turn from red to gray.
3. Tap Save at the bottom of the screen to make changes.

Adding and editing period data directly from the Monthly View

In the Monthly View, simply tap on the day and then tap again on the detailed pop-up to switch to the Daily View. From here you can add or edit period data as normal. 

Adding period data manually from your watch

You can also conveniently add period data (a.k.a period log) for the current day from your watch. To do so, follow these steps: 

1. Press the crown button on your watch.
2. Navigate to the Cycle Tracking screen.
3. Select Period and then press and hold the button until the bar fills up.
4. A check mark (√) will appear next to 'Period' to indicate the change.
