You can log your various data manually in the Withings App by following these steps:
- Open the Withings App.
- Tap + at the top of the Home tab to access the 'Add Data' screen.
- Select the data you want to log from the 'Log Manually' list.
- Enter the value of your measurement and tap the Check mark in the upper right to save.
Note: Some of the metrics that can be logged require a different process to add them. Follow the instructions on-screen if they are available.
Add Data > Record
Within this section, you can choose to do live recordings of the following:
- Heart Rate
- Track (aka Workout)
- Launch U-Scan Measurement (requires U-Scan)
Add Data > Log Manually
The following are the data you can manually log:
- Blood Pressure
- Glucose Level
- Log a meal (with MyFitnessPal)
- Period (Menstrual Cycle Tracking)
- Symptoms
- Temperature
- Weight
- Workout
