While the majority of our products can be returned within 30 days if you are not satisfied with them, U-Scan has a different refund policy. The U-Scan is a hygienic product, and thus cannot be returned for a refund if it is touched or used in any capacity. This policy is referenced at checkout on our webstore.
In the event that you would like to return a non-defective U-Scan for a refund, there are some conditions to understand, listed below.
A non-defective U-Scan can qualify for a refund under the following conditions:
The request is made within 30 days of purchase
The U-Scan Reader has not been installed or used, and the Cartridge is unopened/unused
Important: Please note that if one of the components is unused/sealed and the other used/open, a partial refund will only be able to be processed for the unused component.
