To modify the details of a Cartridge subscription, follow these steps:
Log into your Account Web Dashboard.
Select Subscriptions and devices.
In the 'Manage my subscriptions' screen, your subscriptions are categorized as Active or Inactive.
Select your subscription to open its details.
You will be able to modify your subscription details, billing address, and delivery address from this screen by selecting the Edit icon next to each option and following the instructions on-screen.
Note: When you change your Subscription model, you will need to go through the in-app process of specifying the details of your Measurement Plan again.
