Factory resetting your scale allows you to delete all data stored on it.

Important:

• Resetting your device will not delete data already synced to the Withings app.
• Any data that has not been synced before resetting your device will be permanently lost.

Here's how to reset your scale:

• Remove the batteries for 60 seconds, then reinsert them.
• Go to your mobile device's settings and remove the scale from the list of Bluetooth devices.
