You can update your personal information such as your name, date of birth, assigned sex, and height from the Withings App or the web dashboard.

From the Withings App:

1. Open the Withings App.

2. Tap your Profile picture at the top-left corner.

3. Tap the gear icon at the top-right corner to open Settings.

4. Select the field you would like to update.

You can edit the following: First name, Last name, Date of birth, Assigned sex, Height (and its unit), and Country of residence.

From the Web Dashboard:

1. Log in to your account at http://healthmate.withings.com .

2. Click the drop-down arrow in the top-right corner.

3. Select Settings.

4. Click on your initials at the top-right corner.

5. Select the field you would like to update.

You can edit the following: First name, Last name, Date of birth, Assigned sex, and Height (and its unit).

Note: Changes to your height, date of birth, or assigned sex may affect how the Withings App calculates certain health metrics such as BMI, calorie burn, and BMR. These updates apply to future measurements only and are not applied retroactively to past data.
