Important:
- Health Tab is currently available only to BodyScan 2 and BodyFit users with the 8.8 version of the Withings App.
- BodyPath is currently available only to BodyScan 2 and BodyFit users with Withings+ subscriptions.
BodyPath is a Withings+ feature that gives you a snapshot of how your activity, body composition, and nutrition habits impact your weight goal. It turns your data into a goal-focused “path” that helps you stay engaged beyond just seeing a value. Additionally, our Health Assistant provides helpful synopses of your current week and progress.
BodyPath's key features are:
- It helps you follow a weight goal by translating your weigh-ins into something more meaningful.
- It shows whether you’re generally on track or by how much you'll need to adjust.
- It will connect your progress to habits by factoring in things like activity, sleep, and nutrition/food logging. From there it can highlight the factors contributing to your path.
- It will estimate calorie balance trends using changes in body composition over time to approximate whether you’re in a calorie deficit surplus.
- It will give AI-enhanced guidance and insights so you know what to do next to better reach your goal.
How to get started: Set a target weight goal, then BodyPath will connect your target to your daily habits across nutrition and activity, offering daily suggestions on how to adjust or improve your routine.
Sub-score view
Beneath the main BodyPath graph and synopsis, there is a dedicated section to following your calorie balance, nutritional intake, and activity all at a glance.
Progression view
This multi-graph view shows your weight goal, estimated goal completion date (if you follow the suggestions from the app), and up to 3 other metrics data that can be displayed.
By choosing Explore Data, you can dive deeper into the details of those specific metrics.
You can change the viewable metrics by tapping on one of the metric names at the bottom of the screen. Within the Selected metrics screen, you can include weight trajectory, calorie balance trend, fat mass trajectory, and muscle mass trajectory.
