Thanks for reaching out. If you're unsure whether you currently have an active Withings+ subscription, the best way to check is through the Withings app. Here's how:
Open the Withings app on your phone.
Tap on the “Devices” tab at the bottom.
Select your scale (or any Withings device you’ve set up).
If you have an active Withings+ subscription, you’ll see Withings+ features like health insights, advanced metrics, or personalized content.
Additionally, if you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, you can check your subscriptions in your device’s app store settings. If you signed up via the Withings website, you can log into your Withings account on the Subscription Management page to view or cancel any active subscriptions.

I did not even find a way to cancel a subsciption (that I bought a while ago)
