    Hi,

As @Zane said, please check the following article to know more about the Athlete mode on Body+:

    - Body+ - Using the Athlete mode

The Athlete mode is meant for people who work out more than 8 hours a week and have a resting heart rate below 60 bpm. Considering that you train around 10/12 hours weekly, if you have a low resting heart, you might indeed need to activate the athlete mode.

Just note that after turning the option on or off, you must take 2 to 3 measurements or wait 24 hours for the changes to take effect.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me!

    Have a great day,

You can review this Help Center link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/218970627 that explains the criteria when using the Athlete mode feature.

I am not sure what to do because my resting HR is 57, but i don't really work out. I walk a lot with my dog. Should I use yhe athlete mode? In normal mode my body fat is 15% which is quite low for a woman.
