    The Better Body Program started working for me today! I just started it so i cant say much about it yet. But hopefully this continues. Thanks for actually working on it.

    Yea!  It looks like after 3 long months, Withings finally has the Better Body up and running again.  I just successfully started the program. Fingers crossed! 

    ***5/13/2019*** update

    Figured I should have updated that it actually never did work. Just looked like it was going to work but the next day I got the same fail I’ve had for 4 months. Wish Withings would take a break from promoting Move and fix this instead. And seriously where is an updated Withings representative statement on here???? Withings? Where are you???

    Not working still. I get the frantic typing lady but it never actually loads. Android device and sad to see it's not worked for 3 months.  Very frustrating and strange. The scales are fabulous though and I am delighted to see the heart feature has been reinstated after Nokia removed it. I hope Withings will now put more into their app improvements and get it all working as the idea of the programmes looks good.

    That sucks to hear that its not working for some. Mine has been for the past few days. I am using an Galaxy s8+. Maybe try reinstalling or clearing the cache. I sure hope its stays working and starts working for everyone.

    I think the Withings representatives are too busy hand assembling the new Move watches and don't have any time left over to respond to this board.  Just kidding ... kind of. In all seriousness, it is pretty frustrating.  I've actually stopped wearing my Steel HR Sport and have gone back to my Fitbit.

    I have real problems with the stability of the APP.

    My smartphone has Android 9 (no layers) and works properly with any APP EXCEPT HEALT MATE.

    It does not record cardiac data in exercises, it does not record GPS data... it is blocked and interrupted suddenly.

    I have the device TWO days. And I already begin to regret ...

    A shame. Because the device is OK,  but the APP is 50% of its funcionality (or more)

    Like many others, I've been very frustrated with the lack of progress in the fix for the Sleep Smarter program.
    I'm in the process of upgrading from "body" to "body+" and will be very interested to discover if the "better body" program works for ME!

    It looks like withings is rolling out a fix in stages. None of the programs has been working for me for more than four months. Three days ago I was able to start the better body program. It is finally working again.

    Here's what I discovered.  The better body program (with the dark background) that is listed under the "programs" tab in Health Mate DOESN'T work, but the Better body program (with the Green background) that showed up in my timeline DOES work.  I have used it 2 days in a row now.  The frustrating part is that I have to constantly scroll down on my timeline to use the program since the one under the "programs" tab DOESN'T work. So basically that is going to be completely annoying after the 1st week so I am going to stop using it until they actually fix it.  COME ON WITHINGS, I spent $199 on the Steel HR and another $99 on the body+ scale and you can't seem to get your act together.  Stop playing around with the lame new Move watch and get the better body and sleep better programs working.  It has seriously been FIVE months now.  Rant Done!

    No one either reads this or seems to care. As a software engineer I have to believe that Withings doesn’t seem to employ any that know what they are doing. This is pathetic! FIX YOUR SOFTWARE!!!

    The only way I have got Withings to respond is by logging a support ticket.  I have told them and told them to respond to the forum, but for some reason they ignore it.  So the forum is pointless.

    So for the past months, every time I clicked “join” on Better Body, I got the Uh Oh message and an animation of a guy eating a hamburger. Today I got the same message, but decided to wait a while before leaving the program again. The program didn’t show up in my timeline directly.

    After about 15-20 minutes I got a notification that the program was ready and when I opened it, it worked! I got through the introduction!

    This is the first time since I got my Withings scale that I’ve actually been able to open the program. I’ll see how far I’ll get and update this forum if it works or malfunctions again :)

    Let's add one complain  here, not working for me too, and it never had been working well since months ... Better Body is ok but the sleep program won't load. Fix this please !

    This is just a joke now. 4 months later I finally get into the program to just get stuck at step one. Step on the scale. Done. Done. No matter how many times wont get past step on the scale page. Great I'll give it another 4 months should I?

    Anyone with this issue, I found a shitty solution.

    You need to scroll way down in your timeline to where you first started a program. You should see a different looking icon (for the body composition program it’s a woman with a green background). This one you can open fine and you can use it to progress your weekly scale measurements.

    Better Body program works perfectly for me on Android with Alcatel 3v phone.

    Sleep smarter however STILL won't go past startup.

    It's been over 5 months and the problem is still not fixed, is there an ETA no when the Wellness Program is expected to be available again?  Or perhaps there is no plan to fix it and offer it?  It would be great to have an update from @Withings as it looks like the last update was 5 month ago.  Many thanks!

    Bought a brand new Steel HR Sport and software is buggy as hell, programs won't load and the app continuously loses connection with the watch. I feel being played

    Related to this, a wild banner appeared on the support website saying: "Better Body and Sleep Smarter Wellness Programs will be replaced this summer by Health Coach, a new coaching program designed to improve your overall fitness by changing your habits in the long term." I think we just have to wait for the arrival of the Health coach, in the meantime programs will remain broken.

    Are you a withings representative and if so is this an official statement? This is going on forever with no updates what so ever.
