My Withings scale still syncs with my Nokia account, but the link between the data in my Nokia account and my Fitbit account stopped working on April 15th, 2019. What's up?

I am in the same boat...returned from foreign travel on 4/18 and it's not syncing since...

Add another one. Cannot find any information on this being addressed, April 15th is the last date for me as well.

Same here. Quit syncing Some time between April 7th and 16th. (was on vacation, away from my scale)

Same here! Did Withings stop allowing my weight measurements to be synchronized with the Fitbit app?

My Body+ Scale stopped syncing to my fitbit on April 15th. Will this be fixed?

My Withings Body Scale stopped syncing to FitBit on April 15th. Coincidentally, that was also the same day I activated a FitBit Inspire HR tracker.
Have tried logout/login, revoke access, clear cache/cookies, etc. Still get error when attempting to link via https://www.fitbit.com/weight/withings
Anyone have a fix?

I think this is Fitbit’s way of forcing us to buy their Aria scales. Definitely not how to get customers to buy their products. Their scales came out after the Withings scales and offer no good reason to upgrade to - no differentiating or must have features. Poor marketing at Fitbit!

Pour l'instant j'ai toujours une erreur :-(

Same problem here since April, 15th. My wife uses a Fitbit Tracker and my Withings scale, but no synchronization between her Fitbit App and the Withings account since that date. I am using a Nokia watch + the Withings scale and have no problem with the Health Mate App.But she prefers the Fitbit App ...

Me too, April 15. Same time I started getting pop ups when I close the FB app - open FB to keep your data synchronized. Which does not synch to Withings...
Also about the time the FB app started showing the Aria scale ad on the weight tracking page.

Same issue, last synch 15/04 with Fitbit account, nothing since then. I have tried re-running the Withings Connection Wizard but fails, comes back with same message as earlier posts in this thread.

Same problem. Seems strange it takes fitbit/withings more than 2 weeks to solve an issue like this....

It’s obvious that at least one of the two companies does not want data being shared with the other, otherwise, this problem would already have been resolved.

Just adding my issue to this chain - same as everyone else. Sounds like we should also start complaining to Fitbit, if they are in charge of resolving the issue.

Just to note that I followed up with Fitbit. They told me to remove the device and reconnect it. Two issues with that: it no longer appeared as a connected device anyway; health mate also doesn't appear among the apps that fitbit says it works with. They asked for my email and then wrote back to say they checked my account and, indeed, it's not connected, and that I should try to connect it. Long story short - still going in circles without success and having the same error reported by many others when I try to use the wizard link.

Me too. April 15th last sync of Withings weight to Fitbit. Frustrating. I am using Android apps.

UPDATE: I tried using IFTTT (if this then that) to setup my own link between my Withings scale and my Fitbit account. Unfortunately this was unsuccessful, but the error I received was on the Fitbit end and it seems to confirm that the problem is with Fitbit's server. Specifically, the error is:
Error 502
Bad gateway
ifttt.fitbit.com: Host Error
What happened? The web server reported a bad gateway error.
For those of you who are curious as to how this should work, the following page has the instructions:
How to sync your weight between Nokia/Withings scales and Fitbit

In addition, I also received the following generic e-mail from Withings Customer Service rep (see the e-mail from Josephine below).

Same problem as everyone else. Jumping on in hope I'll be included when a solution if found.

Just bought these scales on the basis I could sync the data to my Fitbit app... very disappointed at the moment
