Scale sync to Fitbit April 2019

That's what happened to me as well, bought it in April because it was the only scale (besides Fitbit's) that syncs to my Fitbit account. I'm very disappointed

Same here, Ive been  told that they are working on the issues, but its been 3 weeks since my scale has synced.  I get this error.  Quite frustrating.

Unable to authenticate Withings user. Withings server returned the following error: Exception receiving access token

Stopped syncing on 15 Apr as well. Healthmate app and my Fitbit.

I saw a post in the Fitbit customer forum that this problem was fixed a few days ago. I used the following link to re-establish a link and now my Withings scale data is showing up on my Fitbit app.

Problem solved! (And it really was Fitbit’s fault.)

Its working again. Just launched the wizard and it's synced

This is not the app, I am on the site. But indeed, I delete the association of accounts, but it does not work

Login to both sites and logout
WAit an hour
Login again
Associate again
Make sure you are using proper credentials

If this fails...use a VPN for USA or India

Thanks everyone for jumping in on the thread and posting the issue along with contacting Fitbit. I’m not even sure why I didn’t think to do that as well! Lol. I have yet to try it again, however I’m going to do so today seeing other people had success! 

And confirmation it works. I used the following wizard link and followed the steps of logging in, allowing access etc and then I asked it to redownloand all measurements. I opened up my Fitbit app and all the measurements I had after the 15th were added automatically and showed as dupes of the ones i had to add manually! Very happy to have these two working together again! I really was hoping that it wasn’t what some of us thought and Fitbit was blocking the Withings data to try to force users to buy their own scale. 

Also stopped syncing around April 15-18 2019

My Solution:
Synch your withings scale to myfitnesspal, then myfitnesspal to fitbit.
Just as fast as the old direct synching.

Does Fitbit sync to Withings yet? Not as a one time load, but in demand or daily.
