Try clearing your browser's cache, cookies and history or use Incognito browser. It works for me everytime my browser is acting weird. lol

I have been facing the very same issue no matter what web browser I have tried.
In chrome more specifically, clearing any *.withings.com (www.withings.com;withings.com) solved the issue (you can keep healthmake.withings.com cookies) or logging out properly from the web app dashboard. I have tried to contact the support and told them that bad behavior, they requested that I grabbed a video.....which I have not done so they closed my case.

Last 10 days I'm experiencing problems with the Withings Health Mate web app. The main page or other pages (weight, blood pressure etc.) won't completely load. I'm trying to reload page many times but I'm getting partially loaded page, or page with all web elements without fully loaded CSS.
I'm using:
- MacOS 10.15.1
- Firefox 70.0.1 with uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, Canvas Blocker and Decentraleyes.
- Safari 13.0.3. with Ghostery Lite
I'm getting the same result with enabled or disabled add ons.
So, Withings boys & girls could you please contact someone from your development/adminstrator department to fix it?

The app for the iPhone is no longer working when you select it it just does not open. I’ve deleted it then reinstalled it but it still is not working it has to be coming from within side. Is anyone fixing this

This web redirection loop also happen to me. It's very bad if I have to clear my cookie all to time or open the incognito mode all the time to see my timeline. I can provide more info if support/developer contact me. It's very annoying.

teesit.e,
This is what I have proposed 7 month ago, but pretty much no reaction from withings, though they requested a movie of the loop as they told me everything was OK on their side.... so I gave up using the web app.
Acknowledging that you might have a problem is the first thing to do not the opposite. and by the way I am a software tester so I know that when I deal with a bug, it is indeed a bug and not a condition. But they do not seem interested in recognizing the problem....

Wow, the lack of support is shocking. As a software developer, I had a few ideas about what the problem might be after poking around. I tried clearing all cookies in my browser, different browsers, incognito, different devices. They all had the same problem on my account. An infinite refresh loop on the https://healthmate.withings.com/XXXXXX/timeline page that others are have been reporting for years. I could also see errors in the browser developer console.
After looking through some of the errors and the scripts that were failing and on a whim, I went into the mobile app and added a single manual temperature reading to my account and profile. I came back and the web app is working again. They must have a simple bug that causes this issue if you haven't used any of the manual journalling in their app. My Fitbit account can sync my Withings scale measurements again now as well. This appears to break everything in your account.
It is sad all these users are being neglected. I still have the same scale I bought 10 years or so and it still feels like a nice piece of hardware. The product is impressive and could be huge in the current market with a big thurst for IoT health and fitness devices. This is huge neglect of your existing user base and products though Withings.

Great feeback, Mark Lambert . Personnaly I circumvent the problem by disconnect each time and using a password manager that relies on my fingerprint in order to avoid the infinite loop and to type my password each time.
Shame that after all this time they are still letting us in the dark.
Agile development and Scrum at its worst , right ? Why on earth did they create this community in the first place if they are not taking into account what a bunch of powerusers like us who knows what they are dealing with because they work with software development .....Oh yeah. I am not giving a damn anymore. I guess if you don t tweet or hammer facebook about it, then it does not matter for them......Well. Do nt they say that end user are the best advertising method. Well. you get what you deserve in the end.....and Agreed. Hardware is top, software is so so....

Having the same issue no matter which browser I use, any chance this could be fixed?

Same for me. I was an IT project Manager. I know a bug when I see one!

Oddly, it will work with MS Edge, but not any other popular browser.

Same problem as the rest. Infinite loop and Edge, Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer.
Just made another test running CHrome on my really old MacBook and it worked... I guess the site is not updated at all and this is why it is failing. Pity, since I just bought the Body+ weight scale. Had I known that would not have happened.

The physical products themselves are so good that it's a shame they are being let down by the online site (which is subject to cycling on all platforms) and by what they are choosing to put into the app.
Why on earth they removed the Nap function and significantly decreased functionality in the process I will never know.
One wonders if this is a fault in IT or in management vision.
I know they were somewhat crippled when they took back control from Nokia, but that's been a good while now..

So two months later I got this problem, and found this thread. Notice someone recommend to log out every time... well, I'm stuck in this infinite loop, so can't log out even!

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that your Health Mate Web Dashboard keeps on loading. My name is Angel and I'd be glad to help.
I appreciate the information you've provided and for trying to troubleshoot the issue prior to contacting us. To isolate the issue, could you please try to log in from a different web browser or a private incognito web and let me know if the issue remains the same?
I look forward to hearing your response and please let me know if you have additional questions.
Have a nice day!
Best regards,
Angel

Hi lars_2112,
Being an IT professional myself, there are quite a few work-arounds I found, tested and that works. However, that is not the point. I paid for a product that is supposed to work with the most popular browser on his planet, NOT one that causes me to switch to Incognito, or block Withings cookies in the Chrome and new Edge settings (which solves the problem). From below links, it clear that the Withings Web App DOES NOT WORK. And the supplier does not give a hoot, and patronizes their paying customers with insulting stupid questions.
So I've implemented another workaround : I switched to Fitbit for my Fitness tracker (I was on the point to buy a Withings Steel and decided on the Fitbit Charge 4 instead, which I am using now). I am also looking at the Xiaomi scale, which is a THIRD of the cost of the Withings, but will probably fork out a bit more for the Fitbit scale, because I am a Google Health, Home and Assistant user, and I LOVE the way they are starting to integrate it.

I couldn't agree more! You are not to turn off all kinds of things to get it to work! That is absurd. I just gave my input on WHY it might be messing up and have someone on Withings dive into to it. (They changed something but is far from finished) As a mention there is no problem at all on the old trustworthy Mac. Or Iphone.
BTW, I use Fitbit as well and it is working just fine, but I will not be buying any watch from Withing because of this. The Body+ scale was another take on integrating F all in my home, in the the same geeky way as you I suppose and I must say I was a bit disappointed with Withings web functionality.

Still the same for me, this is the only website I've seen with this sort of behavior. Can it please be fixed?
