Your Night Vitals data consists of overnight SpO2, temperature, and Respiratory Rate readings. While this data is not required to calculate the Readiness, it is still important for recognizing trends in your health and contributing to a deeper understanding of your Readiness as a whole.
If you don't see any of your Night Vitals data in your Readiness, please check the following:
- Make sure you are wearing your watch correctly: wear the watch snugly on your wrist all night and make sure you are not applying too much pressure to the watch by having it under your pillow or under your head or chest.
- Make sure your device is charged and kept at a healthy battery level consistently. A healthy battery life will ensure that activity and sleep is tracked without delay. Lower battery life may also prevent the device from syncing, which will prevent the data from appearing in the Withings app. 20% or more battery life is recommended for reliable functionality.
- Make sure SpO2 is enabled for your device by going to its Settings in the Devices menu and toggling on Night SpO2 tracking.
- Make sure your watch is synced in the morning. To do this, go to the Home tab in the Withings App and pull down from the top of the screen to refresh the data and trigger a sync. Your data should appear within moments. If not, please see our troubleshooting articles specific to your device.
